• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field • 5–10 years of experience in mechanical works • Proven experience as a Mechanical Foreman in residential construction projects • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems used in residential buildings • Ability to read and understand drawings and site instructions
