Operations Manager:
Responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning, high performance, and profitability. Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, inventory control, cost management, health and safety compliance, and maintain excellent service standards across front and back-of-house operations.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication skills – English is mandatory
• Age limit: Maximum 35 years
• Ability to handle operations, staff, and customer service efficiently
